Phillips Edison & Company Appoints Scott Adair as Vice President of Community Partnerships
- To cultivate new and manage existing relationships with community leaders to build goodwill and advance business objectives -
SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Phillips Edison & Company (“Phillips Edison” or the “Company”), a fully integrated real estate firm with a national platform of grocery-anchored shopping centers, today announced it has promoted Scott Adair to Vice President of Community Partnerships, effective immediately. Mr. Adair, who previously served as Assistant Director of Property Management, will remain based in Salt Lake City.
In his new role, created as a result of the Company’s Innovation Labs’ ‘Community Engagement Initiative,’ Mr. Adair is responsible for cultivating new and managing existing relationships with community leaders to build goodwill and advance business objectives.

Mr. Adair has more than 15 years of property and project management experience. In his previous position, Mr. Adair was responsible for the overall financial and operational success of 60 of the Company’s properties. In addition to his time at Phillips Edison, he worked for DDR Corp. and Sperry Van Ness Asset Management. Mr. Adair has also held various leadership positions on advisory boards for Salt Lake County and other charitable non-profit organizations.
