Company Adds National Value-Based Retailer to its Portfolio at Quail Valley Shopping Center in Greater Houston’s Missouri City Market

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Phillips Edison & Company (the “Company”) announced today it has executed a lease with national retailer Dollar Tree at Quail Valley Shopping Center in Missouri City, Texas. Dollar Tree, a leading discount variety store, will occupy 10,000 square feet of retail space in the shopping center.

Quail Valley Shopping Center features 118,432 square feet of retail space and is conveniently located between the highly trafficked Fort Bend Parkway and Texas State Highway 6. Dollar Tree plans to join the greater-Houston shopping center’s anchor tenant Cox’s Foodarama in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Dollar Tree operates over 14,000 stores throughout the United States. Dollar Tree is headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia and was founded in 1991.
